Tuition Does Not Include:
Linens: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 face cradle covers. Face cradle covers can range in price from $2 to $10. Either new or used sheets may be used.
Massage oil or cream for classroom use. Products can range from $10-12 per bottle. You will need several bottles over the course of the class.
Optional massage table and/or massage chair. Prices can range from $200 on up,
depending on model and options chosen.
Optional academic tutoring.
Any fees associated with licensing including the cost of the licensing exam.
Payment Options
Plan A: Payment in full prior to class start date
Students choosing this option receive a discount and pay $7350 + tax (day program) or $7050 + tax (evening program).
Thee balance is due no later than the first day of class.
A registration fee of $150 along with a completed application and essay is required to register. The registration fee is NOT an additional fee. It is applied to the tuition.
Students who cancel their enrollment before class starts will be refunded the deposit amount less $100 administrative fee.
Plan B: Payment Plan
Students choosing this option pay $7500 + tax and interest (day program) or $7200 + tax and interest
(evening program).
Monthly payments (up to 12 months for day program and 16 months for evening program) can be negotiated to suit your financial needs.
A registration fee of $150 along with a completed application and essay is required to register. The registration fee is NOT an additional fee. It is applied to the tuition.
Students who cancel their enrollment before class starts will be refunded the deposit amount less $100 administrative fee.
Plan C: Payment Plan
Students choosing this option pay $7500 + tax and interest (day program) or $7200 + tax and interest
(evening program).
Monthly payments (up to 3 years for day and evening programs) through the TFC Credit Corporation.
A registration fee of $150 along with a completed application and essay is required to register. The registration fee is NOT an additional fee. It is applied to the tuition.
Students who cancel their enrollment before class starts will be refunded the deposit amount less $100
administrative fee.
Clinic Fees
It is during Clinic that a student fully develops the skills and maturity to become a professional therapist.
Guidance is provided so that the student becomes proficient working with the wide variety of health and
physical conditions of their clients.
We will never accept more than 12 students per class. Because we have 9 instructors, our faculty to student
ratio is extremely high. It is important to us to pay close attention to each student and help them develop
into superior therapists. Also, since we have very few enrollment periods per year, each student is vital to
the operation of the school.
The Student Clinic allows us to keep tuition costs low. Students not completing the Clinical Internship for
any reason will be charged a fee of $20 for each hour not completed. This is a separate fee and is not a part
of the refund chart in the Student Catalog or Enrollment Agreement

Crystal Mountain reserves the right to cancel a program if less than six students enroll. If class is cancelled all money received will be refunded. All refunds are done within 30 days.
